BHC Construction Company founder Robert Jafari has spearheaded numerous successful design-build projects for health care facilities and office buildings. Employing a time-efficient method whereby the design and building phases coincide, Robert Jafari helps his clients save money without sacrificing quality. Consulting them at every point in the process and allowing them active involvement, Robert Jafari builds productive working relationships focused on complete client satisfaction. Currently working on Riverwoods Office Campus, a $14 million project in Naperville, Illinois, Robert Jafari and his team are responsible for six independent office buildings positioned on 7.85 acres of land. Additionally, Robert Jafari is partnering with a renowned health care provider to restore dozens of resident rooms in three skilled nursing facilities. In line with the project's core mission, Robert Jafari is modernizing the quarters with a focus on creating a more home-like atmosphere.

Prior to starting BHC Construction Company, Robert Jafari spent 18 years serving as Chief Executive Officer for Butterfield Health Care Group. A business-minded youth, Robert Jafari co-founded this company at 17 years old, after meeting his partner conducting door-to-door sales. With 20 years of experience in the senior care industry, this man was well prepared to train Robert Jafari on all aspects of the field.

In 1987, with only two employees, Robert Jafari and his partner took on their first big project: constructing an 87,000-square-foot nursing facility. Over the following two years, Robert Jafari rotated through every division, learning about nutrition, housekeeping, maintenance, social services, and a number of therapeutic disciplines. When he was not immersed in his varied responsibilities, Robert Jafari mentored with the head administrators. By the end of those two years, Robert Jafari knew the business and had built his team to 30 staff members. A year later that number tripled; and a year after that, 90 grew to 250. Currently, Butterfield Health Care Group retains over 700 employees. In his time as Butterfield Health Care Group Chief Executive Officer, Robert Jafari led a number of successful construction projects, including multiple high-volume Meadowbrook Manor nursing homes.

Dedicated to his career, Robert Jafari has acted on the board of directors for multiple thriving companies. Currently matriculating at Harvard University Extension School, Robert Jafari anticipates graduating with a Bachelor's degree after earning college credits at Northwestern University, Loyola University, and University of Wisconsin-Stout.
